200-Hour Teacher Training
This summer 2023, join Jen as she works to deepen your Anusara practice with this 200-hour immersion training course. This course is for those seeking a deeper connection and those seeking to become licensed Anusara instructors.
Immerse yourself in the teachings of Anusara® Yoga and its life-affirming philosophy in 6- five-day Yoga Intensives designed for regular students, aspiring teachers, and experienced teachers alike.
